Admission Health Testing Guidelines

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. To ensure a comprehensive and secure admission, all clients are required to complete specific blood tests, including screenings for HIV, Hepatitis A, B, C, and TB. These tests can be conveniently completed through your primary care provider, a local lab, health department, or walk-in clinic. For submitting results, men can fax their reports to (423) 447-7484, and women can send theirs to (706) 673-3845. You also have the option to email your test results, with strict confidentiality maintained throughout the process. We are here to support you every step of the way as you begin your recovery journey with confidence and care.
